YOU WILL:

• Close new business from your inbound leads
• Land & expand on new accounts.
• Run the entire sales process from discovery to close, including technical sales demos.

YOU BRING:

• You MUST have experience working for a startup - used to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Mid-Market SaaS sales.
• You've consistently met or exceeded your sales quotas.
• You are experienced selling to technical personas e.g. Developers, CTOs, VPs of Engineering etc.
• Excellent communication skills

Role: Revenue Operations Manager

Location: San Francisco (4 days)

The Role

We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build and lead our RevOps function from the ground up. As the founding member, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing sales processes, improving forecasting accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure data integrity, process optimization, and strategic insights that fuel revenue growth. You’ll have the opportunity to progress into a leadership position as the business scales too.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Optimization & Efficiency

• Establish and refine RevOps processes to drive operational excellence.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation, workflows, and process improvements.
• Define and optimize territory planning & account strategy to ensure balanced resource allocation.

Data Integrity & Analytics

• Own CRM data hygiene, automation, and optimization (Close, HubSpot).
• Develop forecasting models and ensure alignment with sales leadership.
• Build dashboards and reports for key sales metrics (conversion rates, deal velocity, revenue trends).
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Tech Stack & Tools Management

• Oversee the sales technology ecosystem (CRM, analytics tools).
• Recommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.

Sales Enablement & Strategic Collaboration

• Develop enablement resources to support the sales team.
• Partner with Marketing & Product to refine lead generation, handoffs, and expansion strategies.
• Administer sales compensation plans and support enterprise sales launch with scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue operations roles within a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot and data visualization (e.g. Metabase).
• Strong ability to analyze sales data, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and enablement best practices.

Role: Strategic Senior Account Executive

Location: New York

Work Type: Hybrid (2 days in office)

Salary: $140k - $200k base (plus fantastic OTE)

They focus on clients with $100M+ revenue, and you'll be working with some of the largest and most prestigious companies in their industry.

We're looking for the top sales folks in New York. Those who have experience managing strategic accounts and have consistently exceeded their large sales quotas and have experience breaking into large logos.

You must be self-driven, up for a challenge and hungry to exceed very attractive OTEs.

THE ROLE

• Create and execute a sales strategy to prospect, manage, and close deals, ensuring comprehensive coverage of your territory.
• Focus on moving prospects through the sales funnel from a potential lead to an existing client.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Partner with a Sales Development Representative for lead generation, territory planning, and account expansion.
• Develop and manage a pipeline for your assigned accounts.
• Build a strong rapport with prospects and existing clients.
• Work with internal teams to help build further features to the product.
• Attend industry conferences and events to engage prospects & build awareness.

YOU BRING

• Several years of successful experience in B2B SaaS solution selling
• You are relentless at winning and hunting new business
• Fantastic communication skills and ability to present software product demonstrations.
• A proven track record of exceeding your 7-figure sales quotas - you are someone who consistently exceeds their sales targets.
• You have an Average Deal Size of $300k or above
• Experience selling into line-of-business functions and into complex client environments
• Experience using SFDC and other tools to accurately keep track of and forecast on all activities and opportunities
• Strong sales methodology and structured approach to driving results e.g. MEDDICC, Sandler
