Role: VP of Growth

Salary: $250k - $330k package (plus stock options)

THE COMPANY

Join a leading AI fitness brand with a $40M ARR run rate and a ton of subscribers already. They need someone to develop and execute a strategic vision for growing their audience through content.

THE ROLE

• Partner with the Co-Founder to drive a 0-1 process and grow their audience
• Help build a scalable playbook from scratch
• Drive customer acquisition by building a content engine that brings on new customers and new revenue streams.
• Grow through YouTube, Instagram, Email Marketing, Influencer Partnerships etc.

YOU BRING

• 10+ years of experience in social, influencer & content marketing
• Experienced creating & executing on a scalable content strategy from scratch
• Experienced in 0-1 environments - building your own playbook is a must
• Confident leveraging influencers to grow subscribers
• Proven ability to convert content impressions into engaged followers
• Strong content creation skills and working with various platforms including TikTok, Instagram & YouTube
• Any experience in the health/wellness/fitness industry would be hugely beneficial
