Role: (Senior) Account Executive

Location: Remote US

Salary: $215k - $220k OTE

The real estate industry has been fairly slow to innovate and this startup are changing this. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive that is excited about driving new business at a fast growing start up.

 

You will be building a sales pipeline from scratch (with SDR help) and owning the sales process from prospecting to close. You will be joining a small but high-performing team of AEs and get great career progression opportunities within the business as they scale.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients (you'll self-source around 25%, with the rest inbound/SDRs)
  • Close deals with Mid-Market and/or Enterprise clients (avg. cycles 60-90 days)
  • Strategize innovative ways to reach new clients
  • Help build out the sales playbook and best practices

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' of relevant experience as an Account Executive
  • Experienced exceeding your sales quota each quarter
  • A history of promotions through roles at your past companies
  • Experienced working within the Real Estate space (or manufacturing, public safety, logistics etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
